The Darby Edition is where Ridgeline Timepieces began.

Designed from the ground up as the inaugural watch for the 75th Ranger Regiment, the Darby Edition was built with one purpose: to be worn only by those who have earned the right. Named in honor of Brigadier General William O. Darby — founder of the modern Army Rangers — this timepiece carries the weight of that legacy in every detail.

Crafted from premium materials to the same exacting standards as every Ridgeline watch, the Darby Edition is built for the demands of Ranger life — rugged enough for the field, refined enough for any occasion. This is not a watch for everyone. It was never meant to be.

Every aspect of the Darby Edition design pays tribute to the legacy of the Regiment. The matte tan textured dial mimics the tan beret, the 7 and 5 are painted red representing the blood spilled by those who have defended our freedom, the rehaut inside the case is subtly engraved with a part of the Ranger Creed, the black PVD coated case offering reflects the history of the original black beret, custom engravings on the rotor, caseback, and left side bump out allow you to personalize your watch for the time you served in the Regiment. The custom NATO strap has the same colors of the Regimental flash. The sandwich dial has large military style cut-outs Arabic numerals and high end lume for easy viewing in all conditions, the extra thick raised sapphire crystal will protect the bezel finish and is easy to read at all angles.

The Darby Edition has a lifetime warranty that covers all manufacturing and mechanical defects (does not include customer caused flood or abuse). Additionally, Ridgeline Timepieces offers free lifetime servicing and movement regulation for the Darby Edition (shipping for servicing and regulating not included).

Free worldwide shipping via UPS, USPS, or DHL. All shipping is insured and signature will be required upon delivery. Watches are assembled and tested once ordered so please allow for up to two weeks for shipping although most orders ship within 3-5 days.

The LJP G100 movements features a 68 hr power reserve and regulated in-house to ± 5 sec/day or better accuracy. This movement has the upgraded Soingé finish displayed behind a screwdown sapphire caseback with Viton® gaskets.

Engrave your Darby with your Blood Type or Call Sign on the left side bump out and add your Scroll on the movement rotor plate.
